I’ve always been skeptical of unsolicited offers through the mail. Not sure what, but something caught my attention. After Williams Financial site, calling and speaking with Bill a few times and reviewing the BBB reviews, I was satisfied follow through with a VA refinance. I am so glad that I did. Bill made the process so easy. Of the six or seven times I called, I was able to speak with him all but one and he quickly returned my call. Everything he promised, he delivered (great rate, minimal paperwork, zero cost refinance and speedy closing). I may still be skeptical of solicitors but with Bill, I would not hesitate to refer my friends. A consummate professional who truly kept my best interests at the forefront.
